GPS Instead of Speedo ............ 700

I have a Magellan Maestro 3210. Even when I'm en route to an address, if I touch the compass direction indicator in the top left hand corner of the screen, it shows me the current location screen, which includes the speed, co-ordinates and a bunch of other stuff. I've also found my '92 745 speedo to be dead accurate. (I've seen other brands of GPS that show the speed on the map screen all the time.)
