Does anyone know where the Radio Suppression Relay is? 700 1991

I have been trying to resolve the no start (that just started after 3 days of sitting so no intermittent no start) and one of the recommendations I've been given is to jumper bypass the RSR.

Unfortunately I am blind to it, It should be near the Passenger Side Fender area but I had the battery out of there and stuck my head down there and a flashlight and there is nothing that looks like that around there or anywhere else on that fender area.

Is it possible that the RSR is located in different spots in different Rex/Regina cars?

thanks!

Jack
