Two door lock problems 900 1996

I have a 1996 960 with almost 200k. I have two problems with my automatic door locks.

1. The lock/unlock switch on the dash works fine for unlocking, but does not work for locking. Would a new switch fix this?

2. The driver door lock just stopped working. I can lock and unlock manually, and it will unlock and lock with the key outside, but when I try to unlock with the dash switch or from the passenger key hole, it will not lock or unlock. Is this a lock solenoid problem?
