Tire rating for 960/S90 ? 900

Does anyone know where to find out the speed rating and load rating of the tires that Volvo recommends for the 960 and S90? My 1997 S90 needs new tires. The ones currently on the car are V rated, but do I really need that rating? I can get a lot more mileage out of an H rated tire. I'm not a fast driver. Will I lose much handling at normal speeds (75 or less) if I go to an H rated tire? What tires are you running? Any recommendations?
