time for IPD OD Bypass kit 200 1990

I tried replacing the relay, but the relay I got did not function. I emailed the (ebay) seller and he gave me a full refund, including shipping! Mine clicks and the dash light works just fine. So I assume mine functions.

So now, I believe the the next step is to try out the IPD OD Bypass kit. It seems to have helped many folks out with their OD so I Am hoping that is all she needs in order to fix the OD problem. That is, she doesn't seem to go into 4th gear or down shift properly or something like. (sorry, I had a very long day and am very tired, but wanted to give you all an update and get your opinions. Sis will post in detail Monday.)

Anything else we should try before the kit? I think we did it all or most of it. I am just tired of dealing with it and want it "fixed" NOW. So, bypass kit.
