Alternative wheel cylinders? 120-130

Can anybody point me in the right direction for alternatives for front wheel cylinders for my 63 wagon? I know there are plenty of specialist Volvo suppliers who could sell me wheel cylinders but there are none nearby, meaning I will have to order and wait for parts to come from overseas (I am in New Zealand).

Because the Amazon never sold new in New Zealand, all I get is puzzled looks from local parts suppliers when I tell them I want a wheel cylinder for a 121. If anyone can tell me that the wheel cylinders from (say) a 75 Pinto are identical and interchangeable, I might stand a better chance of being able to buy parts locally.

So how about it? Does anyone have such a useful insight or a source of such valuable information?
