B230F coolant seepage

Lately after I've been driving, when I get out of my car and walk by the front of the car I smell a faint odor of coolant. But when I checked the engine compartment there was no sign of leakage and the overflow reservoir cap was holding pressure fine when I checked it. I suppose this is seepage from the head gasket or something like that. How typical is this and what should I expect to have to do about it and how soon?
