1994 940 Turbo -- A Clunk From Right Front End On Left Turn 900

My 1994 940 (200K) just passed inspection. But for some time now I have noticed that there is a "clunk" coming from the passenger front end. It happens when I am turning to the *left* and particularly when going over any kind of bump.

How do I diagnose this / and / or what repair do I most likely have to look forward to next year? I'm the second owner and I'm fairly sure no major work on steering or suspension has been done.

Thanks,

Rob
