I have an '85 240 that i'm replacing the clutch in and also switching out the transmission with one from another '85. . . same year, same model car. . . the trannys look different though and have different electrical connection locations. . . did they make different versions of the M46 and can i switch them like that? measurement wise they look the same.. both have the same bellhousing and overdrive, but the casing is different between them as is the sensor location. any thoughts? thanks!
