a *rear* vented(!) rotor for 240's ??? Anyone know anything about this? .... 200

I just opened Brickboard and was greeted to the usual random photograph -- but this one really caught my eye! The poster claimed that it was a picture (shown below) of a REAR (yes, rear!) Vented (yes, vented!) rotor for 240's.

The original post post in the images gallery included the following caption:
"Photograph from Ebay offering # 8020887595 claiming to be vented rotor for rear brakes on Volvo 200 and 700 series vehicles. Volvo pn: 270736."

Does anyone have more information about this? I realize that it would require different calipers -- the rotor's thickness is clearly greater than that of the solid rotors with which we're all so familiar.
