Hello All
well after a few months and checking stuff when i had spare time i have found the source of my poor gas mileage.
my 95 944T (M-47 3.31 rear) went from 27-28 mpg to 24-25 mpg.
after testing my ect sensor and finding the readings acceptable i looked closely with flashlight at the female connector to said sensor only to find a dark green sludge like covering on the two little female connectors.
cleaned them up good and plugged back in and my mileage at half tank is 290 miles.
this may be a little better than ever but i have to run through a couple tanks to be sure.
so check that connector first.
