Odometer and Speedometer Do Not Work

I took the odometer gauge cluster and had it worked on by a professional odometer repair shop. Put it back in and... nothing.

This is frustrating the hell out of me. I don't know what else to look at. The car in questions is a 1994 Volvo 940 non-turbo and I absolutely love it. Just can't get that damned thing to work.

Any ideas or insights would be a great help at this point... thanks!
