Frustrated with Borton and Tasca 200

I'm looking for some OEM parts and I need to vent. Are they so busy that they don't have time to respond to an email or telephone call? I spoke with Tony at Tasca over a week ago and told him the parts that I'd need. He said he'd need to look up the prices and would give me a call back. A week plus later, nothing.

I've also emailed Borton on Tuesday this week, both the general parts inquiry and one of their parts people specifically, and haven't heard anything back.

Grr.
