How bad is this? 140-160 1969

I've seen worse, hell I've owned worse.

My only concern would be, if you see rust there... Is there any rust in the other usual spots on the 144? Check around the windshield, around the battery tray, behind the hood hinges, the wheel wells on the inside of the trunk as well as the top shock mounting bolt inside of the wheel well. If you remove the rear tire you'll see the back of the bolt and any rust should be visible, poke it with a screwdriver...

If it's just limited to the rockers, don't worry about it. Pretty easy fix, if it's more than that. Think how much of a project you want to take on.
