Before I turn the key on a timing belt job, can on of you guys check me? 200 1982

Hello, everyone

Just changed the timing belt on a 1982 245GL CIS K-Jet. After removing the timing belt cover, I followed the Green Book and Bently's exactly. I lined up the crank, cam, and intermediary shafts. I placed the belt on from the crank to the intermediate to the cam shaft. All the markings on the belt line up with their respective marks on the engine. I thought I'd done a great job until I placed the timing belt cover on. The "zero" on the timing scale at the bottom of the timing belt cover does not line up with where the timing marks on the crankshaft and timing belt are. Because I am relatively new to all this, I have included the address to an image file that details my question.
