Help with camshaft seal installation on 740 700 700 1988

plus 1 on the check for complete seal removal. I did the head on my wagon and forgot to put in new seal. Upon start up i had oil pouring out the front of the motor. When i figured out what it was. Ie front cam seal I put in a new one. It went in easily. I did not even use any lube.
