What kind of coolant should I use in my 1995 960? 900

Hello everyone. I just became the proud owner of a 1995 960. It had belonged to my dad who died 2 years ago. My step mother bought a new Toyota and gave me the Volvo. So, I went and towed it home. The coolant tank is bone dry! So, dry that I cant tell that there was ever anything in it. Would you please tell me what type and brand of coolant to fill my car up with? And proper weight of oil? I use 20-50 in my other car which is a 87 Jaguar. Thanks!
