For First Timing Belt Change 200

Hello All,

I just finished changing my timing belt and tensioner on my 1990 DL 245 with just one self-induced hiccup. If you considering a first time timing belt change for your 240 series I would recommend five points.

1.Use quality parts.
2.Budget enough time for the job and then some.
3.Read the FAQ.
4.Read the FAQ.
5.Read the FAQ.

I don't know about others but it seems that sometimes some exception always rears it's ugly head to include, as in my case, the self induced ones.
Again, many thanks to
lucid
