Rear Main Seal Problems 200

My 87 with an M47 trans is giving me problems. I installed a new clutch and rear main seal about 50K miles ago. All was well for four years until last spring when the clutch started slipping and the rear main started leaking. The clutch, which was almost "NEW" was soaked with oil. I installed a new Volvo brand rear main and new clutch. Just last week, I noticed that the clutch was chattering and slipping just a bit, so I checked underneath and sure enough, the rear main was leaking again. I even put flourescent dye in the crankcase to verify where the oil was coming from.......SO my question is, does anyone make a slightly oversize seal for the rear main? Is there anything that I need to do to make sure the new seal doesn't leak when I install it? I hate pulling the gearbox over and over.... it sucks!
