91 940 no start 900

Working on a 91 940 (DOHC) it will only start on starting fluid, then runs like crap, was giving a code for bad mass air,(121)and lambda adjust (231) it has a new MAF, I took a good one off my 740 and tried it to see if there was any improvement, but no help, and as the car starts to get warmer it gets even harder to start. I unhooked the battery to reset the computer will rehook it today and try again, any sugestions would be great...
