Fog/driving light advice needed: (1) mounting brackets (2) bulbs (3) 6v switch/wiring harness kit 444-544

Hello Gents,
I found a nice set of Marchal 662 762 fog/driving lights for my 59 Duett. :)
I can use some advice as follows:
(1)The lights came without mounting brackets. Anyone know what and where I can get the hardware needed to mount the lights to my bumper arms? Here's a link to photos of the lights and my bumper arm:

(2) It came with with bulbs marked,"682 Philips 45W A6". I would like to change them out to halogen bulbs. Anyone know if "682 Philips 45W A6" is type #1129 or #1156, as I've seen 50W halogen replacements for these types (I still have a 6V system).
(3)Finally, I'll need a wiring harness & switch kit - anyone know a source.
