Well, the "jiggle test" is a bit of folklore. Sorry, but maybe it was more valid with the metal oil caps. Even so, blowby is going to be a function of wear in the cylinders and rings, so the history of oil maintenance before you put it on its synthetic "clean flame trap" diet will remain. Oil in the TB is normal, but you're glad it isn't gummy cruddy sticky cokey sludgy baked-on deposits like before you started giving the car TLC.
