I did the "OKC Volvo" several years ago( think I used a self adhesive product similiar to Dyna Mat), but only know it was still okay a couple of years later when I sold the car. I recently did the 64 I am presently working on, but used a different material sold by Radio Shack for sound deadner in boom boxes. It comes in a roll 3ft wide and 1 roll is suffucient to do the complete job. By far, the hardest part is getting the old insulation off and preping the metal. I used a 4" putty knife first and then one of those paint removers that goes in a drill followed by laquer thinner. After spray painting, I then installed the headliner bows and laid the material on top of the bows. Then I used upholstery (spray can)adhessive, starting at the center front, working to the sides and toward the rear. Only one joint crossways near the center. This material has some 'stretch' to it and there are NO wrinkles. You can trim the excess front and rear and down the sides with scissors or a razor blade. Looks really good, and tapping on the roof, it seems effective.
