Diehard or Volvo Batteries? 200 1992

I have always used Sears Diehard batteries in my other cars after the dealer batteries had died. Diehards lasted five or six years and dealer batteries have lasted around eight.

According to the Sears website a battery for a 1991 or a 1992 Volvo 240 does not exist in the Diehard European line. Has anyone found this to be wrong? Can I still get a genuine Volvo battery for my car and at what price?

My friends have manufacture batteries last no more than 3 years-- and as the son of a General Motors engineer I have grown up trusting only in brands like Diehard, Mobil 1, Michelin, and –Volvo!
