Tips for diagnosing underhood squeal 200 1993

Squeal has come on with cold weather. It doesn't start when engine is started, but begins (if it does at all) when accelerating from a stop at the end of our block onto the main street. The squeal doesn't start as a chirp-chirp and escalate; it goes from nothing to full on squeal. This has only happened from a cold start. Squeal is alarming enough that R circled back and parked when it didn't immediately go away yesterday. She reported no dash lights or other symptoms.

Reading the archives, seems it could be:
1) a drive belt (caused by accessory bushings or belt/tension)
2) alternator bearing
3) water pump bearing
4) timing chain tensioner
5) power steering pump
6) exhaust (but surely doesn't sound like it to me)

I plan to drive the car sometime this week in hopes of getting the squeal and diagnosing further. Any tips? I'm not keen on replacing parts for 1-5 above until it quiets down (or doesn't!), especially since 1-4 have been done recently according to PO's records. Any advice for isolating the cause would be greatly appreciated. Let's assume I can get it to keep squealing parked at idle so I can monkey under the hood.
