Be sure to lubricate the threads a bit while pushing them out - better to not strip your bolt part way through. Probably would also be helpful to start hitting the bushings with some PB Blaster now, as well.

If you're going to install poly bushings, you reuse the old sleeves, and can just burn out the old bushing in lieu of pushing the whole thing out, if you'd like.

The words to search for on the BB here are either RTAB, TAB or rear trailing arm bushing. Should turn up many previous threads for you on the whole process.
