I bought a complete copy of all the sections of the manual plus the special tools catalog (svo) from service@VLVworld.com Approximately 400 3 hole punched pages with some foldouts. USD amount then was $58.25 inc shipping. That was 2004.

I have a cd as well. I like the hard copy better.
