84 turbo no start, has spark and drips fuel from injectors 200 1984

Greetings all, I'm posting this question for a friend who is currently stuck at a gas station with his 84 244, trying to get his family somewhere for Thanksgiving! He stopped at the gas station to fill up and top off the oil, then went to start it and it would just crank and crank with no hint of a start.

I had him pull a spark plug, which was dry. I had him test the spark plug wire against the chassis while cranking and he gets a spark. I had him pull an injector and crank, and he said the injectors were dripping while cranking, but not spraying. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. I had him check the fuses and they were all good.

He said it didn't even try to catch when he cranked it, which leads me to believe it is something simple and electrical. However, the dripping fuel injectors have me worried, as I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a more forceful spray or not while starting.

We're hoping for another set of quick tests we can perform. Any ideas out there?
