Crazy Speedometer 120-130

What to do with a speedometer that pegs out (all the way to 120mph) at 20 mph when cold. When warm, it's still way off (reads 50mph at 30mph). What is the fix for speedometer?

I have a couple of speedometers I can replace it with, but this one has a working tripometer.

I do have a nice '60 speedometer that is a little different than the one I have in my '66 (0-100mph instead of 10-120mph, pull tripometer reset which works, nicer oil/amp/turn/hi-beam lights, white backlights instead of the green):

I know the speedometer cable has a size connector.
