Front end question 200

I just installed left front tie rod end and right ball joint on my daughters car. I noticed the sway bar bushings and link grommets are less than perfect. Will replacing them tighten up the front end even more?
She came home from college on the holiday break and mentioned the car had a bit of a shake above 45mph when changing lanes left...I took it for a ride and was scared to death when the harmonics took over the steering! Jacked it up to find the tie rod end ready to drop out! Just a bit of play in the right ball joint but figured while it was on stands...
Many thanks
Frank
