buy a bent-valve V90 and replace head with 93 model ? 900 1998

I have an opportunity to buy a V90 in good shape for a few $$ that apparently snapped a belt.

My 1993 965 has been sitting in my driveway awaiting further dismantling (some has taken place). Is it feasible to replace this head? How difficult to remove the heads from the respective cars?
