Heater hoses 200

Is it possible to replace those hoses w/o taking out the intake manifold?

This morning, I saw the temp. went up, and heater quit when I was half way home from work. It was around 32F-33F, so I just pushed it on until I got home. I did not really see where the leak was, but there was coolant and steam coming out from underneath the intake manifold. I hope the head and the head gasket are going to be o.k.
Tom
