240 wagon fuel smell gas line leak 200

Recently the smell of gas around the rear of my trusty 240 wagon got really strong. I started looking around as the car sat idling one morning and discovered gas leaking from a hose going to the fuel pump under the car. It looks like 3/8 rubber hose so is this the return line from the pumps to the tank or the fuel line and are either of these owner replaceable?
