Installing factory foglight kit in my 1992 745 turbo w/o insturctions...couple of questons 700 1992

I just got a new old stock fog light kit for my 1992 745 TI. However, I'm not entirly sure how to wire it. The wireing is all there, but I'm for one wondering why their is two relays. I guess I'm used to the 240 system that only has one. Thanks for any help. Nick.
