Has anyone ever stuffed a complete B230FT into a 240's trunk? 700

I'm going to go pick up an engine about 200 miles from me. My plan is to stick it into the trunk of my 240, then use some rope to keep it from rolling around. I was originally planning on getting just a long-block, but I think the whole engine may be a better deal and much less headache.

Has anyone actually tried this before? Does the engine fit? It's an 84 244DL if that affects the size of the trunk.

Happy wrenching!
