Well, to locate it on the car, follow the line from the Master cylinder to the junction where the brake lines split. The switch should be mounted in the middle with two wires attaching to it. This is on my Amazon, so it might be different for the PV.

In my opinion, the new pressure switches fail too easily. I replaced mine a month ago and it has already failed. So I bought the Swedish Embassy Kit: http://sw-em.com/swemkits.htm#Brake%20Light%20Switch I haven't installed it yet (I am going to this weekend), but it is your best bet. Cost is $39 with shipping.
