SRS/Check Engine, rough idle then no start 200 1993

I searched the archives and got some info but without success. I started my 93' 245 noticing the engine running like it wants to stall, and it did. The SRS light stayed on. It started only once more with the SRS and now check engine lights. It stalled, and then would not even click with the keyturn. All accessories worked i.e. heater/fan, lights and radio.

A month ago I had a computer chip of somekind replaced that controlled the fuel injectors, but did not have the SRS, or check engine idiot light. No click with keyturn.

Belts have clean contact and the alternator v-belt is snug enough. Battery reads 11.6 V.

I am clueless, anything I can try before having it towed to the dealer again?
