how much brake fluid to completely flush ABS system 200 1992

How many liters of brake fluid are required to fully flush the brake system on an ABS equipped 92 240 wagon? I couldn't find a spec in Bentley or by searching here.

Do folks feel the extra cost of the SuperBlue brake fluid is worth the expense? It surely seems like it would be easier to tell when the flush is complete, but for 2 or 3 liters, the cost adds up.
