Pageda, Tony H, Goatman, Jorrell, et al...I did it!! BUT..... 200

Well, I was late leaving work as a customer I have been trying to get in showed up unannounced so...I was too lat eto pick up my new CPS to put in tomorrow. Bummer. I also was going to buy a new 12" swival breaker bar, too. After dinner, I went down to the garage and took a 10mm box-ended ratchet and reached in with my small hands, (by the way, that is just a myth!!) and it came out like it was butter. Happy? Yes, but it looks like new. Rubber is jet black and it still has clear grease at both ends at the connection. So, great practice! Then, I checked the relay under glovebox (white fuel) and took it apart and it looks like new. (the car has been garaged since 1990). So, I am happy but no solution. The song has ended but the malady lingers on. I hope this is something we can "fix" tomorrow as I want to go to NOrth Carolina soon and drive my brick. Thanks for ideas/solutions.
