Source for Oil Cooler lines? - 90 740T 700

I'm doing an engine swap and found my mystery oil leak. The oil cooler lines have been worn through at the bracket on the front of the engine support crossmember. The metal itself has been worn through. I don't want to patch them.

If it's not a common failure, I have no problem going and fetching some from the junkyard, but it seems like a design flaw and I worry that I'll pull one and find the same problem.

Does anyone know of a place that sells them? I just looked on FCP and didn't see the lines listed.
