1974 140 speedometer/odometer repair 140-160 1974

I just started repairing the odometer. Good news is that there are no damaged gears, but the metal gear on the odometer shaft was spinning freely. I will try to glue it with epoxy. I was wondering if anyone can help me with the following: I noticed my speedometer has been replaced once already. It's got the date 9-4-84 handwritten on the back. The ratio says W 1,03. Is this correct for a 1974 140, standard 4-speed? Also, does anyone have a broken speedo lying around. I damaged the needle when trying to remove it.

Thanks,
Kare
