Rough vibrations at low engine speed - B18 140-160 1971

So,it was running ok untill you did the valve adjustment?
A).The valves were re-checked 3 times and you're sure they are right.
B).The spark plug wires were put back on right? (counter clockwise and you're sure you're starting at the correct #1).
C). The cap, wires, rotor and points or pertronix or whatever are good?
D). No vacuum leak from the brake booster hose? or pluged hose?
hmmm, How are your motor mounts?
I'd go through all of those again with a fresh perspective, gotta' be one I believe...Valves were done at TDC?
ok, I'm out of other ideas.
