power steering reservoir "accumulates' fluid on bottom of box.....'fixable'? 200

Inexplicably, a few nights ago I was just "dusting" my engine compartment and ran my hand under the p.s. fluid box and surprisingly, found a few "drops" of fluid. I wiped it clean and tightened the two hose clamps but they only moved just slightly. The next night, repeat performance. Last night, deja vu all over again. I took it loose from it's mooring and with a bright shop light, inspected it pretty well and found nothing. Obvious to me, it has a little crack. If so and I can determine where, is that material repairable? (JD Weld or something?) I was quoted about $56.00 from Volvo using my dealership discount but I would rather repair it since it is so small and only causes my otherwise-clean engine area to be not-so-pristine. Thanks for your help.
