Rough vibrations at low engine speed - B18 140-160 1971

Interesting that one of the rockers is hitting the valve cover. What type of cover is it? I think there is a bit of shuffle room with the ali covers compared with the standard pressed steel ones.
Any one else had this problem? Wouldn't surprise me if one or two people take their covers off to check. A little buzz with a Dremel should cure the problem, the sides are thick enough. Might even be a casting ridge on the rocker.
