bought another 960 ! but needs idler arm replacement 900 1996

I bought another one....I have "issues." 1996 965 with 200k miles

but I just noticed that the pulley idler arm is stuck and the serpentine belt is scraping.

can I remove the idler arm and replace with one from a 1993?

can this be done w/o removing the fan and/or radiator?
