Anyone have a wheel cap and rear tailgate panel? 200 1980

I got new tires yesterday, I guess the shop didn't smack it on hard enough. I have the 2 piece chrome 14" steel wheels. It's chrome with the Volvo logo in center. Also am missing the tan rear tailgate panel, that covers the wiper motor etc. The panel am having no luck on in my search, all the usual suspects. I was hoping maybe someone had the cap for a decent price lying around, the guys in ATL are kinda high and a tad gruff.
