Need to get new HALL sensor and remove the distributor

This post is in relation to a 1984 Volvo 244 with the 2.3L Jet tronic with a Chrysler ignition.

*Current issues

-First off, I've managed to loose one of the springs inside the distributor, hence my need to take it off. The shaft had surface rust on it, keeping me from removing the sensor flywheel, so I unscrewed the sensor, and it brought the shaft, and only one of the springs out with it.
-Timing marks made on the crankdrive and distributor.
-My hanes manual (as useful as it can be lol) has been claimed by my garage.
-How do I get this distributor off?

*Reason why I believe it to be the hall sensor

-I'm fairly sure it's the hall sensor. I've been reading through ignition trouble shooting posts, and this is what I've found so far.
1) Voltage to ICU
2) Voltage to HALL sensor
3) Voltage to Coil
4) New distributor, button and coil
5) No spark to spare plug on HT coil when feeler gauge run through hall sensor with open slot.
