Goatman's suggestion of a bad fuel pressure regulator is a good one.

I had the same code combination with a '92 245 I used to own. In my case it was a defective 02 sensor that was causing the problem. The car ran fine until warmed up, then it would hesitate badly and the idle would surge. The check engine light would come on.

I measured the 02 sensor output, which was ~1.3V! The working range should be around 0.15-0.85V. This was a new Bosch sensor, which was a surprise to me. Disconnecting the sensor fixed the symptoms, replacing it made the car run right again. My theory (which I didn't test because it was the dead of winter and I was working in an unheated garage) was that there was stray voltage bleeding over from the 02 heater circuit.

So check the vacuum line on your fuel pressure regulator for drips of fuel (or better still, measure the fuel pressure). Then try disconnecting the 02 sensor when the car is running badly and see if things improve. Measure the 02 sensor output when the car is warmed up.
