Cold Idling problem - which sensor to change ? 200

Re; '82 244DL 4-cyl Gas 4spd +OD 187K+ miles ( about 132K is mine) will have 20th year of ownership as of 5 / 2011.

Car has normal High Idle when cold but still idles high (ABout 1300-1500 RPM ) even after engine is fully warmed. It does go down to normal idle ( 800 rpm ? not sure as Tach does not give much specific info) only after a long time after engine is fully warmed.I assume that it is the 2 wire Cyl. Head temp sensor on the left front of he cyl head.Is there a specifacation As far as ohmage available so I can compare ? What about the single wire / grey wire sensor on the lower part of the block on the right near the dipstick ? Car uses the Early '82 K-Jet /CI mechanical fuel injection system.
Thanx in advance & Happy Holiday's !!
