Wow, I applaud your ability to spin a tale.

Santa is known for swiftly dealing with any process errors in his shop where his immutable Deadline is threatened. Very clever elves for thinking to redirect his wrath unto the Large and Unfeeling Mobil Corporation for their unfriendly choice of packaging and confusing Metric Units displayed on their synful product.
